Welcome to Treeshirtz. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, browse our store, create an account, place an order or use any of our services.

The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Treeshirtz Ltd. By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Access and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order with us.

When creating an account, placing an order or otherwise providing information to us, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

2. Our products
Treeshirtz sells clothing, accessories and other products featuring Treeshirtz designs and selected licensed artwork. Many of our products are produced or printed to order.

We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, photography and production methods. Minor variations in print appearance and positioning may also occur as part of the production process.

These normal variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise not supplied in accordance with your legal rights.

Product-specific sizing information is provided to help you select an appropriate size. Please check the relevant size guide before ordering, as measurements, cut and fit can vary between garments.

Product descriptions, designs, specifications, availability and other product information may be updated from time to time. We may also discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders
When you place an order with Treeshirtz, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, design, colour, size and delivery details.

Because many Treeshirtz products are produced or printed to order, they may enter production shortly after an order is accepted. If you notice a mistake or wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@treeshirtz.co.uk. We will try to help where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once production has begun.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, we suspect fraud or misuse, or we are unable to fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

Products purchased through our consumer website are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale unless agreed with Treeshirtz in writing. Approved trade, wholesale or dealer arrangements may be subject to separate terms.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website and may change from time to time. The price charged will normally be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

For UK customers, consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order where required.

For international orders, additional taxes, duties, customs charges or import fees may apply depending on the destination and how the order is supplied. Where these charges are not collected by us at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or delivery provider.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery
Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.

Because many Treeshirtz products are produced or printed to order, production time may apply before your order is dispatched. Any estimated delivery timeframe should therefore be read together with any applicable production time.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays can occasionally occur because of courier networks, customs processing, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure that the delivery information supplied with your order is complete and accurate. If you believe there is an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Returns, size exchanges and refunds
Returns, cancellations, size exchanges, faulty or damaged products and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please read that policy before placing an order, particularly the information relating to sizing, made-to-order products, personalised products and return postage.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Treeshirtz website, including our branding, logos, text, product names, original designs, artwork, graphics, photography, videos and website content, is owned by Treeshirtz or used by us under licence.

Our content and intellectual property are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Treeshirtz branding, artwork, product designs, photographs or other protected content without appropriate permission from Treeshirtz or the relevant rights holder.

Nothing on our website grants you ownership of, or a licence to commercially use, any Treeshirtz intellectual property unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party names, trade marks, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain or use services, tools, integrations or links provided by third parties, including payment providers, fulfilment providers, delivery companies, analytics services, social media platforms and other technology providers.

Third-party websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites that we do not own or control.

9. Shopify
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to operate the Treeshirtz website and store.

Any purchase you make from Treeshirtz is made directly with Treeshirtz Ltd. Shopify is our ecommerce platform provider and is not the seller of the Treeshirtz products you purchase from us.

Certain information may be processed by Shopify in connection with your use of our store, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information may be collected, why it is used, who it may be shared with and the rights available to you.

11. Reviews, feedback and customer content
If you submit a product review, comment or other feedback through our website, you confirm that the content is your own or that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

You give Treeshirtz permission to display and reproduce reviews and feedback submitted through our website for purposes connected with operating and promoting Treeshirtz, subject to applicable law.

Reviews and other submitted content must not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, infringing or otherwise violate the rights of another person.

Customer photographs or other identifiable customer-created content sent to us privately will not be used in Treeshirtz marketing or advertising without appropriate permission.

12. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally our website may contain an error, inaccuracy or omission relating to a product description, price, promotion, availability, delivery information or other content.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update information where necessary. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and deal with the order fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this section allows us to change a contract unfairly after it has been entered into or limits your statutory rights.

13. Prohibited uses
You must not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious purpose.

You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the operation or security of our website, collect personal information about other users without lawful authority, impersonate another person, or use our website in a way that infringes the rights of Treeshirtz or any third party.

You must not scrape, reproduce or systematically extract our product designs, artwork, photographs, descriptions or other protected content for commercial use without permission.

We may restrict or suspend access to our website where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been seriously breached or the website is being misused.

14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms & Conditions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where required by law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Our products and consumer website are supplied primarily for private and domestic use. Unless otherwise agreed with us in writing, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of business opportunity arising from a consumer purchase, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors, although we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.

15. Termination and website access
You may stop using our website at any time.

We may suspend or restrict access to our website or customer accounts where reasonably necessary, including where we believe there has been fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any rights or obligations that arose before access was suspended or terminated will continue where appropriate.

16. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and contracts between you and Treeshirtz are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

17. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services, policies or legal and regulatory requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have in relation to an existing order.

18. General
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
